Diagonal brace

9.6.

Tighten diagonal brace to the cross member -13- at the left and right.

Tightening torque: 110 Nm (81.5 ftlb.)

9.7.

Tighten diagonal brace to rear-axle carrier side section (M10 collar nut).

-

Tightening torque: 23 Nm (17 ftlb.)

9.8.

Tighten transverse strut to (front) rear-axle carrier side section at the left and right.

Tightening torque: 65 Nm (48 ftlb.)

10. Tighten all trailing arms.
10.1.

Tighten diagonal arm.

Diagonal arm to rear-axle carrier side section

Tightening torque: 180 Nm (133 ftlb.)

Diagonal arm to wishbone

-

Tightening torque: 160 Nm (118 ftlb.)

10.2.

Tighten upper control arms.

Tightening torque: 110 Nm (81.5 ftlb.)

10.3.

Tighten lower control arms (toe and transverse control arms) (toe and camber eccentrics).

Set the toe and camber eccentrics to the original position (previously marked position) -arrows- of the rear-axle carrier side section. Copy the
previously marked position from the old rear-axle carrier side section to the new part if necessary. Tighten the lock nuts.

Tightening torque: 100 Nm (74 ftlb.)
