Disassembling And Assembling Intake-air Distributor

Technical values

Disassembling intake-air distributor

1. Remove fuel ring pipe by unscrewing the four Torx screws (M6 x 12) Screw for fuel ring pipe and pull the fuel rail with fuel injectors from the

seats.

2. Loosen spring band clamp -1- and pull off hose -2- on throttle body.

3. Remove cycle valve on intake distributor by unscrewing the tapping screw -arrow-.

4. Unscrew fastening screws -arrows- for vacuum units.

5. Lever ball sockets from the ball heads.
6. Unclip solenoid valves from brackets and remove the entire hose assembly.
