SUNROOF GLASS

Service repair no - 76.84.03

Remove

Sunroof glass – Service repair no - 76.84.03
  1. Open the sunshade and tilt up the glass.
  2. Remove 6 screws, then lift and remove the glass.

Refit

  1. Position glass to sunroof.

NOTE: Apply thread locking fluid to the screws.

  1. Fit but do not tighten screws glass to sunroof.
  2. Align the weatherstrip to the roof panel and tighten the screws to 3 Nm.

SUNROOF SWITCH

Remove

Sunroof switch – Service repair no - 76.84.40
  1. Remove roof lamp lens.
  2. Remove 2 Torx bolts securing lamp to roof.
  3. Disconnect multiplugs and remove lamp.
  4. Release sunroof switch and remove from roof lamp.

Refit

  1. Fit sunroof switch to lamp.
  2. Position lamp and connect multiplugs. Fit Torx bolts and refit lamp lens.
