HEADLAMPS ADJUST

Service Repair No. 86.40.17

Inspect

  1. Line up suitable beam setting equipment to headlamp one side.
  2. Switch on headlamps.
    Headlamp setting = 0°8' ± 0°2' below horizontal and parallel.

Adjust

  1. Adjust one headlamp using Pozi – drive screwdriver size 2 (medium).

  1. Turn adjusting cog for vertical alignment.
  2. Turn adjusting cog for horizontal alignment.
  3. Line up beamsetter to 2nd headlamp.
  4. Adjust 2nd headlamp.
  5. Switch off headlamps.
  6. Move beamsetter away.
