| The gear lever must be in neutral, in the 3rd and 4th gear trail. |

| Action the clutch and select all gears several times Check especially the reverse gear blocking functions correctly. |
| If selecting a gear repeatedly causes jamming, check the clearance (movement) in the selector rod as follows: |

| Move the gear lever to the left as far as it will go and let it go. |

| At the same time, the gearbox selector rod (2nd mechanical) must be observed. |
