Installing ATF cooler
Installing ATF cooler
Install in reverse order of removal. During this step, observe the following:
–  Renew O-rings of ATF cooler.
   
–  When installing ATF cooler -1-, insert lug -arrow B- into recess in gearbox housing.
–  Tighten bolt -arrow A- → Item.

–  Push on ATF cooler hoses and secure.
–  Remove hose clamps -3094-.
–  Install battery and battery holder → Electrical system; Rep. Gr.27.
–  Bolt on coolant expansion tank.
–  Push connector onto coolant expansion tank.

–  Install trim -2- for battery.
–  Install trim -1- for air duct -arrows-.
–  Reconnect earth strap to battery.
–  Code radio → Radio, telephone, navigation; Rep. Gr.91.
–  Initialise electric windows and set clock → Booklet10.1.
–  Finally, check ATF level and top up → Chapter.
