→ Measure distance -a- between propshaft and steering box after each repair on vehicle which influences the position of the propshaft.
Distance -a - 22 mm
1 - Propshaft
2 - Steering box

‒ Loosen heat shield above steering box and place to side to measure distance -a-.

‒ To adjust, loosen assembly mounting (upper engine gearbox to body) and push engine/gearbox forwards or backwards until a distance of 22 mm is achieved.

‒ If a minimum distance of 17 mm is not achievable check assembly mountings.
