t  Torque wrench kit -SAT 8010-
t  Partition, top, commercial vehicles: Removing → Anchor
t  Partition, top, commercial vehicles: Fitting → Anchor
Partition, top, commercial vehicles: Removing
l  When removing the partition at the top, the brackets of the shelves must have been previously removed → Chapter.
l  The removal of the partition at the top requires the assistance of a second operator.
–  Open the tailgate.
–  Remove rear shelf and folding storage.
–  Move the front seat to the foremost position and over the backrest.

–  With the help of a second operator situated in the loading area, hold the securing nuts -4- of the upper -1- and lower partition panel -5-.
–  Undo the connecting screws -2- between the partition at the top -1- and the reinforcement flange -3- and screw them out.

–  With the support of a second colleague in the cargo area, hold the partition at the top -1- and the fixing nuts -4- tight.
–  Loosen and remove connecting bolts -3- between upper dividing wall -1- and reinforcement flange -2-.
–  Carefully remove the partition at the top through one of the vehicle doors.
l  For removing the partition at the top, the upper brackets do not have to be removed .
–  If required, remove the upper bracket for fixing to the bodywork → Anchor.

Installation is carried out in the reverse order. When installing, note the following:

Once the upper brackets have been removed, they have to be reinstalled according to → Anchor.
