Dismantling and assembling flange shaft
Dismantling and assembling flange shaft
The flange shaft will now be dismantled for cleaning.
   
1 - Bolt with hexagon socket head
q   Do not remove bolt from both sides at once.
q   30 Nm
q   Always replace.
2 - Articulation flange
3 - Protective ring
q   removing and fitting → Fig.
4 - Compression spring
5 - Thrust washer
6 - Conical ring
7 - Circlip

–  Press on protective ring by hand to stop.
