t  Extract refrigerant, e.g. with air conditioning service station -SAT 4006 D- or the model VAS 6380 A.

  Note
t  First the refrigerant must be extracted using the air conditioning service station -VAS 6380 A- (or the model SAT 4006 D).
t  Releasing refrigerant into the environment is a punishable offence.
Removal:
  W00-10540
–  Unscrew caps -3- and -4-.
–  Extract refrigerant, e.g. with air conditioner service station -VAS 6380 A- before opening refrigerant circuit.
  WARNING
Danger from refrigerant escaping under pressure!
Freezing of skin and other body parts.
l  Evacuate the refrigerant and then open the refrigerant circuit immediately.
l  If more than 10 minutes have elapsed since evacuation and the coolant circuit has not been opened, evacuate the refrigerant again. Pressure builds up in the coolant circuit as a result of secondary evaporation.
–  Unscrew evacuating and charging valves -1- and -2- using socket -T10364- and a suitable adapter.
Installation
Installation is carried out in reverse order.
