t  Measurement bridge -T20026-
When installing new pistons or a replacement engine, the position of the pistons at TDC must be checked. This check is necessary to define the corresponding cylinder head gasket.

–  Carry out the measurement with a comparison meter and the -T20026- base tool.
Depending on the projection of the pistons, the suitable cylinder head gasket must be installed, according to the following table:

Identification of the cylinder head gasket
l  -Arrow 1-: Part number
l  -Arrow 2-: Control code (not relevant)
l  -Arrow 3-: Number of grooves or holes
  Note!
If the piston projection measurements differ, choose the correct gasket according to the maximum projection measurement.
