Special tools and workshop equipment required
   
t  Torque wrench kit -SAT 8010-, see equivalent → Anchor

Removing
–  Detach the outer -1- and inner -2- engine covers, by pulling them evenly upwards.
–  Remove upper toothed belt guard.
–  Remove the crankshaft sump ventilation hose at the entry to the tube behind the supercharger air.

–  Unscrew the bolts for the cylinder head cover in the sequence -1... 11- unscrew and remove using the "1/4" handle" -T20203A-.
Installing
Continue the installation in the reverse order of removal sequence, observing the following:
  Note
If there is damage, replace the gasket and the cylinder head bolts.

–  Apply a drop of sealant →  Electronic spare parts catalogue (Ø approx. 5 mm) -arrows- to both sealing surface ends of the rear bearing cover / cylinder head.

–  Apply a drop of sealant →  Electronic spare parts catalogue (Ø approx. 5 mm) -arrows- to both sealing surface ends of the rear bearing cover / cylinder head.
  A15-0521
–  Manually tighten the bolts for the cylinder head cover in the sequence -1 … 13- .
–  Tighten the bolts to 10 Nm in the following order -1 ... 11-.
