1 - 120 Nm + retighten 1/4 turn (90°) + (30°)
q   Replace
q   To loosen and tighten, use the counter-support -T20018A-
q   The thread and the collar must be free from oil and grease
q   The retightening may be carried out in various stages
2 - 40 Nm + retighten 1/4 turn (90°)
q   Replace
3 - 15 Nm
4 - Lower protector of the toothed belt
5 - 10 Nm
6 - Central protector of the toothed belt
7 - Upper protector of the toothed belt
8 - Toothed belt
q   Before removing, mark the turning direction
q   Check for wear
q   Do not bend
q   Removal and refitting, tensioning → Chapter
9 - 25 Nm
q   Replace
10 - 20 Nm
11 - 20 Nm
12 - 40 Nm
13 - Camshaft pinion
q   Remove using extractor -T20119-
14 - Tensioner roller
q   Check the semiautomatic tensioner roller of the toothed belt → Chapter
15 - Return roller
16 - Injection pump pinion
q   Two pieces
17 - 30 Nm
18 - Rear protector of the toothed belt
19 - Coolant pump
q   Make sure it turns gently
q   Note the fitting position
q   For removal, it is necessary to remove the return roller
q   Removal and refitting → Chapter
20 - Return roller
21 - Toothed belt-crankshaft pinion
22 - Bushing
23 - Injection pump
q   Removal and refitting → Rep. Gr.23
24 - Complete support
q   For injection pump, alternator and fin pump for power steering
q   For vehicles without air conditioning
q   Removing and refitting the compact support in vehicles with air conditioning: → Heating, air conditioning; Rep. Gr.87
25 - 45 Nm
