Tensioning toothed belt
   
–  Tension toothed belt, to do this pull out locking pin -arrow- and remove tensioning device -T20046-.
–  Turn crankshaft two full turns and check whether camshaft and crankshaft marks align with their reference points.
–  Install vibration damper/belt pulley tightening torque: 25 Nm
–  Install centre and upper toothed belt guard.
–  Install ribbed belt tensioner. Tightening torque: 25 Nm
–  Install ribbed belt → Chapter.
–  Install right-hand noise insulation tray → General Body Repairs, Exterior; Rep. Gr.50.
