Note
A needle bearing must be fitted in the crankshaft on vehicles with manual gearbox. Fit it if necessary .

Removing

Gearbox removed.
–
Remove needle bearing using internal puller -Kukko 21/1- and counter-support -Kukko 22/1-.
Installing
–
Press in needle bearing with pressure tool -VW 207C-.
l
The needle bearing should be mounted in a manner that the inscription found on its side remains visible.
