Crankshaft oil seal, pulley side: replacing
Special tools and workshop equipment required
t  Torque wrench -SAT 8010-
t  Counterhold -T20018B-
t  Guide sleeve -T20081B-
t  Extractor -T20143-

Removing
–  Removing principal notched belt → Chapter.
–  Remove the notched belt-crankshaft cogwheel → Item.
   
–  Insert the extractor -T20143- and extract the seal -1-.
Fitting
–  Lightly lubricate the sealing lip of the oil seal.

–  Slide oil seal over adapter -T20081B/2-.
–  Place assembly onto crankshaft journal.
–  Use the adaptor -T20081B/1- and press the guide sleeve-seal unit until the seal fits evenly, using the old securing bolt to do so.
–  Remove the adaptor -T20081B/2-.
–  Fit the wheel for the notched belt on the crankshaft, immobilising it using the counterhold -T20018B-.
–  Fitting principal notched belt → Chapter.
