Prerequisites

l	The crankshaft flange must be clean ( of oil and grease).

l	The engine should be in TDC cylinder 1.

–	Unscrew the hexagonal bolt -A- to the end of the threaded spindle.

–	Press the threaded spindle of the assembly device -in the direction of the arrow- until the hexagonal nut -A- is in contact with the installation bell -C-.

–	Point the flat part of the installation bell towards the sealing surface of the oil sump.

–	Fix the assembly device using the Allen bolts -A- to the crankshaft flange.

Note

Fix the Allen bolts -A- approx. 5 turns into the crankshaft flange.

–	Screw in the 2 bolts M6×35 -A- on the engine block to guide the sealing flange.
