B - Fit the centre guide T10017 with the sealing flange on the crankshaft flange: > < Insert pressing the sealing flange with the sender wheel onto the crankshaft

A - Fitting the sealing flange with sender wheel on the centre guide -T10017-
   
–  Tighten the hexagonal nut -A- to just before the threaded spindle attachment surface -B-.

–  Fix the centre guide -T10017- holding it in place in a bench vice, to the threaded spindle surface -B-.
–  Press down on the installation bell -C-, so that it rests on the hexagonal bolt -A--arrow-.
  Note
The interior part of the fitting device and the installation bell must be at the same height.

–  Unscrew the attachment clip -A- from the new sealing flange.
  Note
Do not remove the sender wheel from the sealing flange or change its position.

The attachment hole -B- on the sender wheel -C- must coincide with the mark -A- on the sealing flange.
–  Secure the sealing flange by the front on a flat, clean surface.

–  Press the sender wheel (sealing lip pressure ring next to PTFE seal) -A- in the direction of the arrow downwards until it rests on the flat surface.

The upper edge of the sender wheel and the front edge of the sealing flange must coincide -arrows-.

–  Place the front of the sealing flange on the centre guide -T10017-, so that the position pin -A- sits in the hole -B- of the sender wheel.
  Note
Ensure the sealing flange lies flat on the assembly tool.

–  When tightening the three knurled bolts-A- on the surface of the assembly device, press the sender wheel (sealing lip pressure ring next to PTFE seal) -B-, so that the position pin can not come out of the sender wheel hole.
  Note
Ensure that the sender wheel remains secured in the fitting device when fitting the sealing flange.
