t  Adjustment sleeve -30 - 100-, see equivalent → Anchor

t  Current two armed extractor
t  Protective gloves
Removing
l  Engine removed
–  Remove sump → Chapter.
–  Remove the gasket on the V-belt side → Chapter.
–  Remove drive chain for oil pump → Item.

–  Remove the crankshaft journal, for instance, using the claw extractor -Kukko 44-1--2-; protect the crankshaft journal with the compression tool -40 105--1-.
Installing
Reassembly is carried out in the reverse order; note the following:
  WARNING
Wear protective gloves!
–  Heat the chain sprocket in the oven for about 15 minutes at 220 ºC.
–  Fit chain sprocket on end of crankshaft using pliers.
l  Fitting position: The broad collar of the sprocket wheel points towards the engine.

–  Push sprocket onto crankshaft as far as the stop using drift sleeve -30 - 100-.
