| Check whether the intermediate plate has been inserted on the sealing flange and rests on the dowel sleeves -arrows-. |

| If necessary check the centering of the clutch disc. |

| Inspect clutch release bearing for wear, replace if necessary. |

| Lubricate the drive shaft serration lightly with grease -G 000 100-. |

| When installing the engine/gearbox unit make sure all adjoining components are clear. |

| Align the engine/gearbox unit free of stress. |

| Install exhaust pipe with catalytic converter → Chapter. |

| Check oil level before starting the engine. |

| The drained off coolant must only be then re-used if the cylinder block, cylinder head, radiator or heat exchanger were not replaced. |
