Removing and installing coolant pump
Removing and installing coolant pump
Components and tightening torques → Chapter
Removing
–  Drain coolant → Chapter.
–  Only slacken the bolts of the coolant pump belt pulley, do not remove them.
–  Remove V-ribbed belt → Chapter.
–  Remove belt pulley from the coolant pump.
–  Unscrew coolant pump.
Install
Installation is carried out in the reverse order. Pay attention to the following:
t  Inspect the plastic screw for the coolant pump for tears.
t  Top up coolant → Chapter.
