t  Centering mandrel -MP3-463 (12-551)-
t  Assembly device -MP6-414 (3253)-
t  Thrust piece -T10019-
t  Knock-in bushing -T30034 (41-501)-
t  Pipe -T30055 (3296)-
t  Interior extractor 14.5...18.5 mm, e.g. -Kukko 21/2-

1 - Sealing ring
q   for flange/propshaft
q   replace → Chapter
2 - Circlip
3 - Grooved ball bearing
q   pressing out → Fig.
q   installing → Fig.
4 - Cover for Haldex coupling
q   assign according to → Electronic Catalogue of Original Parts
5 - Disc spring
q   Fitting position: Larger Ø (concave side) points to the plate housing Pos. 15
q   pay attention to the different thicknesses

6 - Washer for axial needle bearing
7 - Washer for axial needle bearing
8 - Washer for axial needle bearing
9 - Axial needle bearing

15 - Plate housing
q   press out cover for Haldex coupling → Anchor
16 - Needle bearing
q   removing → Fig.

Press grooved ball bearing out of the cover for Haldex coupling
–  First remove the circlip.
  N39-1017
Press grooved ball bearing into the cover for Haldex coupling
–  Install circlip.
  N39-1018
Pull needle bearing out of plate housing
A - Countersupport, e.g. -Kukko 22/1-
B - Interior extractor 14.5...18.5 mm, e.g. -Kukko 21/2-
C - Protective jaws

Press needle bearing fully into the plate housing
  N39-1049
