q   to connection fitting of oil feed line for exhaust turbocharger
q   Check oil feed line for continuity before installing.
q   Fill the exhaust turbocharger with engine oil through the connection fitting of the oil feed line before installing
5 - Screw, 8 Nm
6 - Vacuum setting element
q   for charge pressure control
q   check → Chapter
q   replacing and adjusting → Chapter
7 - Nut, 8 Nm
8 - Vacuum hose
9 - Gasket
q   replace
q   Check fitting position
10 - for diesel particle filter
11 - Clamp, 7 Nm
q   for exhaust gas turbocharger and diesel particle filter
12 - Exhaust gas turbocharger
q   removing and installing → Chapter
13 - 25 Nm
q   replace
14 - 25 Nm
15 - Gasket
q   replace
16 - Connecting pipe
q   for exhaust gas recirculation
17 - 25 Nm
q   replace
18 - 15 Nm
19 - O-ring
q   replace
20 - Hollow screw, 60 Nm
21 - Support
q   for exhaust gas turbocharger
q   for oil return-flow line
22 - Exhaust gas temperature sender 1 -G235- (Temperature sender upstream turbocharger -G507-)
q   45 Nm
q   the thread of the new temperature sender must be coated with assembly paste
q   coat only the thread with hot bolt paste -G 052 112 A3- for re-used temperature sender
23 - Heat shield
24 - Connection fittings
q   for intake hose between air filter and exhaust turbocharger
25 - 9 Nm
26 - 10 Nm
