  Note
t  The heater control consists of two separate housings. Before removing the heater control, bring the rotary knobs into the following position:
t  Heat regulator to „cold“
t  Blower to „0“
t  Direction of vent to „footwell“
–  Vehicles with mobile phone holder - slacken mobile phone holder → Electrical System → Rep. gr.91.
   
–  Carefully lever out the covering -1- using the disassembly wedge -3409-.
–  Screw out screws -3- (1.5 Nm) and remove the heater control -2- from the dash panel.
–  Disconnect plug.
Install
Installation is carried out in the reverse order. Make sure that the rotary knobs have the same position as during the removal.
