  Note
t  This engine is fitted with a radiator combination of engine and low temperature radiators for charge air system.
t  Engine and low temperature radiators are arranged as one component part.
   
1 - Radiator with low temperature radiator for charge air system
q   removing and installing → Chapter
2 - Intake manifold
q   removing and installing → Chapter
3 - Seal
q   pay attention to correct seating when installing the charge air cooler
4 - Gasket
q   replace if damaged
5 - Charge air cooler
q   removing and installing → Chapter
6 - Coolant hose
q   to exhaust gas turbocharger
7 - 7 Nm
q   when installing first tighten evenly by hand, then tighten crosswise from the inside to the outside to the recommended tightening torque
8 - Coolant hose
q   to the expansion reservoir
9 - Hose clamp
q   attached to the timing case
10 - Coolant hose
q   to exhaust gas turbocharger
11 - Coolant recirculation pump -V50-
q   removing and installing → Chapter
12 - 8 Nm
13 - Support
14 - Connector
15 - 10 Nm
16 - Coolant hose
q   to engine oil cooler
17 - Coolant pipe
q   attached to the oil pan
18 - 8 Nm
19 - Bottom coolant hose
20 - Connection fittings
21 - O-ring
q   replace if damaged
