t  On engines with identification characters BSS the exhaust gas recirculation system is operated by the diesel direct injection system control unit -J248- via the exhaust gas recirculation valve -N18- with exhaust gas recirculation potentiometer -G212- and exhaust gas recirculation control motor -V338-; the operation of the exhaust gas recirculation system is fully electric.
t  Always replace self-locking nuts.
