Removing and installing pre-exhaust pipe with main catalytic converter
Removing and installing pre-exhaust pipe with main catalytic converter
Removing
–  Remove front left wheel.
  Note
Secure brake disc with wheel screws.
–  Remove the sound dampening system → Body Work; Rep. Gr.50.
   
–  Unscrew screw -2- of the noise cover above the left drive shaft.
–  Unhook hook -1- and remove noise cover.

–  Remove protective cover -1- of left drive shaft.
–  Remove front tunnel bridge.

–  Unscrew pre-exhaust pipe of pre-catalytic converter -1-.

Vehicles fitted with a manual gearbox
–  Unscrew nut -arrow- on the hanger at the pre-exhaust pipe.

Vehicles with automatic gearbox
–  Unscrew the holder of the hanger at the pre-exhaust pipe -arrow-.
Continued for all vehicles
  A37-0516
–  Slacken nuts of double clamp -arrows-.
–  Push double clamp to the rear.
–  Remove exhaust pipe with main catalytic converter.
Install
Installation is performed in the reverse order, pay attention to the following points:

The original double clamp must be replaced.
