Removing and installing moulded headliner
Removing and installing moulded headliner
Removing:
–  Remove top trim panels of pillars A, B, C, D → Chapter.
–  Remove the front roof interior light → Electrical System; Rep. gr.96.
–  Remove the surround for the rear deflection fitting → Chapter.
–  Remove the rear roof interior light → Electrical System; Rep. gr.96.
–  Remove storage area → Chapter.
–  Removing recessed handles → Chapter.
–  Removing sun visors → Chapter.
–  Fold back front and rear seats and remove luggage compartment plate.
   
–  With the assistance of a 2nd mechanic lower -arrows- the moulded headliner -1- and remove it from the vehicle.
Installing:
–  Installation is carried out in the reverse order.
