Removing and installing gearbox input rpm and clutch temperature senders

Removing and installing the gearbox input r.p.m. senderG182 and the temperature sender for clutchG509
Removing and installing the gearbox input r.p.m. sender -G182- and the temperature sender for clutch -G509-
Special tools and workshop equipment required
t  Release tool -T10465-
  Note
Both senders are combined in one component and can only be replaced together. They are located in the gearbox close to the clutch. Before removal, the mechatronics for double clutch gearbox DSG -J743- must be removed.
  Caution
Do not pull on the cable of the plug! If the cable is damaged, the gearbox input r.p.m. sender -G182-/temperature sender for clutch -G509- must be replaced.
Removing
–  Removing mechatronics for double clutch gearbox DSG -J743- → Chapter.
  Note
Do not pull on the cable!
   
–  Unscrew screw -B- and carefully lever out the sender -A- with a screwdriver and/or pliers.
Install
Only install old sender, if you know precisely:
l  the sender is error-free
l  when removing, it was not pulled on its cable
–  Moisten sender with DSG oil and insert.
–  Tighten screw to tightening torque → Chapter.
–  Installing mechatronics for double clutch gearbox DSG -J743- → Chapter.
