Removing and installing the gearbox > < Clutch control

Yeti

Pour in gear oil
Pour in gear oil
Special tools and workshop equipment required
t  Hose approx. 600 mm long with outer Ø 10 mm
t  Hopper
Gearbox oil specification → Electronic Catalogue of Original Parts.
Gearbox oil capacity (Octavia II) → Chapter.
Gearbox oil capacity (Superb II) → Chapter.
Gearbox oil capacity (Yeti) → Chapter.
–  Remove air filter (if it was not yet removed) → Engine; Rep. gr.23.
   
–  Remove reversing light switch -F4--arrow 1-.
–  Insert hose with hopper into the location hole of the reversing light switch and pour in gear oil.
–  Install reversing light switch -F4--arrow 1- and tighten to tightening torque → Chapter.
–  Inspect function of shift mechanism → Chapter.
–  Install air filter → Engine; Rep. gr.23.
