Injector Nozzle, Remove and Install
 Remove

Remove oil leak lines from injector nozzle.
Remove injection lines with KM-812 (1) – collect escaping
fuel in suitable container.
Remove injector nozzle with KM-133-C (2).
Disassemble injector nozzle – see operation "Injector
Nozzle, Disassemble and Assemble".

Install
Insert injector nozzle with new seal ring in cylinder block.
Install injector nozzle with KM-133-C – tightening torque
– 70 Nm / 52 lbf. ft.
Connect injection lines with KM-812 to fuel injection pump and
install injector nozzles – tightening torque – 25 Nm /
18 lbf. ft.
Attach oil leak lines to injector nozzle.
