Overview of fitting tolerances (model L 70)

When adjusting fitting tolerances on individual body parts of the Astra-H delivery van, make sure that the joints run parallel.

The dimensions given here refer to painted and completed components.

Fitting tolerances for bonnet and wing:

Position: Dimension in mm: Tolerance in mm: I 3.0 +/- 1.0 II 3.5 +/- 0.8 III 3.0 +/- 1.0 IV 3.8 +/- 0.8
