Replace lock cylinder hydraulic pipeline (flow /
return) -left side -L67
 Remove

Remove folding roof center
Note: Removal of center
folding roof seal not required.

Detach luggage compartment panelling, side - left side 
|
| 3. |
Remove inner panelling of lower rear end panel
|
| 4. |
Loosen folding roof hydraulic cylinder lock
|
|
| 5. |
Loosen hydraulic pump (1)
Note: Leave hydraulic
pipeline (3) attached to the hydraulic pump

Unscrew 4x screw (arrows)
|
| • |
Disconnect 2x wiring harness plugs (2)
|
|
|
|
| 6. |
Detach cyliner hydraulic pipeline (1)
Note: The pipeline run
is shown unattached in order to improve illustration.

Detach hydraulic pipeline (2)
| – |
Unscrew bolt (1)
Note: Seal hydraulic
lines and cylinder against leaks using suitable aids.

Detach hydraulic pump pipeline
Note: Follow hydraulic
pipeline run starting from cylinder.

Loosen pipeline retaining plate
|
| • |
Unclip hydraulic pipeline from line guide main bearing and
remove line guide shell upwards
Note: Seal hydraulic
lines and hydraulic pump against leaks using suitable aids.

Remove hydraulic pipeline
| • |
Detach 10x cable ties (arrows)
|
|
|
Install
| 9. |
Provionally place hydraulic pipeline
| • |
Pull hydraulic pipeline from above through main bearing line
guide until hydraulic pump
|
| • |
Place hydraulic pipeline on C-pillar above roof cinematic until
lock cylinder position
|
|
| 10. |
Attach hydraulic pump pipeline
| • |
Attach pipeline retaining plate
|
|
| 11. |
Attach cyliner hydraulic pipeline
| • |
Attach hydraulic pipeline
|
|
| 12. |
Tighten hydraulic punp
| • |
Attach 2x wiring guides
|
| • |
Connect 2x wiring harness plugs
|
|
| 13. |
Attach folding roof hydraulic cylinder lock
|
| 14. |
Check and correct hydraulic pump fill level, function test,
test again and correct if necessary.

Attach luggage compartment panelling, side - left side
|
| 16. |
Install folding roof center
|
