Replace folding roof hydraulic unit - L67
Note: A new hydraulic
unit is supplied in filled state.
 Remove
| 1. |
Detach rear panel inner panelling top rear l 
|
| 2. |
Open pump pressure
| • |
Carefully turn emergency actuation screw (1) to stop using a
hex wrench.
|

|
|
|
| 3. |
Detach hydraulic pump (1)
| • |
Loosen 4x bolts (arrows)
|
| • |
Disconnect 2x wiring harness plugs (2)
|
|
| 4. |
Detach hydraulic pipeline from hydraulic punp (3)
| • |
Loosen pipeline retaining plate
| – |
Unclip 16x lines
Note: Seal hydraulic
lines and hydraulic pump against leaks using suitable aids.

Install
| 5. |
Pre-position hydraulic pump
|
| 6. |
Attach hydraulic pipeline to hydraulic punp
Note: Hydraulic lines
and connections to pumps are numbered.

Clip in 16x lines
| – |
Attach pipeline retaining plate
|

|
| 7. |
Attach hydraulic pump
| • |
Connect 2x wiring harness plugs
|
|
| 9. |
Check and correct hydraulic pump fill level, function test,
test again and correct if necessary.
Note: The hydraulic
system is self-venting and need not be purged.
