Replace lettering for tailgate - L08

  Remove

1.   Heat lettering with hairdrier and pull off backing
Note:   Do not heat the chrome coating to more than 90°C as there is a risk of damage. Put the heat gun on its lowest setting and maintain a sufficient distance.
2.   Clean surface to be bonded
Note:   Clean with cleaner's naphtha or silicone remover.

  Install

3.   Position lettering in accordance with dimensional data and stick on
Note:   Attach company symbol in the centre!

Astra" lettering left

Engine designation on the right

Height above trim strip to lower edge of logo

Distance from upper edge of strip to lower edge of lettering

Distance from left of lettering to lower left corner of the strip

Distance from upper edge of strip to lower edge of lettering

Distance from the right of the lettering to the lower right corner of the strip
