Toothed Belt Tensioner, Replace

  Remove

1.   Remove toothed belt
2.   Remove toothed belt tension roller (1)
•   Unscrew bolt (2)
Object Number: 2406524 Size: DEFAULT


  Install

3.   Fit toothed belt tightening roll
•   Attach spring of toothed belt tension roller
•   Screw in bolt of toothed belt tension roller
•   Turn tension roller approx. 180° anticlockwise
– Tighten bolt
4.   Install toothed belt
