Front Ring Gear Assembly with Freewheel F1 and
Planetary Carrier, Remove and Install (AF17)
 Remove

Remove multi-plate clutch assembly C1 
|
| 3. |
Remove multi-plate clutch assembly C0 and C3
|
| 4. |
Remove rear ring gear assembly with freewheel F0
|
| 5. |
Remove clutch hub for multi-plate clutch C0 (3)

Detach friction washer (1)
|
| • |
Detach axial needle bearing (2)
|
| • |
Expand retaining ring with circlip pliers (4) and detach
|
|
|
|
| 6. |
Remove sun gear (1) and planetary carrier (2)
| • |
Remove friction washer (3) from planetary carrier
|
| • |
Detach axial needle bearing (4)
|
|
| 7. |
Remove front ring gear assembly with freewheel F1 and planetary
carrier (5) from multi-disc brake B2
|
|
|
Install
|
| 8. |
Insert front ring gear with freewheel F1 (2) in multi-disc
brake B2
| • |
Align liner plates of multi-disc brake B2
|
|
| 10. |
Install planetary carrier (5) and sun gear (4).
| • |
Attach axial needle bearing (3)
|
| • |
Install friction washer (1) on planetary carrier with assembly
grease
|
|
| 11. |
Install clutch hub for multi-plate clutch C0 (6)
| • |
Install retaining ring with circlip pliers (7)
Note: Use new retaining
ring.

| • |
Place friction washer (8) and axial needle bearing (9) onto
planetary carrier or sun gear.
|
|
|
| 12. |
Install rear ring gear assembly with freewheel F0
|
| 13. |
Install multi-plate clutch assembly C0 and C3
|
| 14. |
Install multi-plate clutch assembly C1
|
|
