Solenoid Valves, Remove and Install (AF40)

  Remove

1.   Detach valve body cover
Important:   The valve body must be removed in order to prevent contamination when cleaning the sealing surfaces.
2.   Remove valve body
3.   Remove solenoid valve S2 (1)
•   Unscrew bolt (arrow)
4.   Remove solenoid valve S1 (2)
•   Unscrew bolt (arrow)

  Install

5.   Install solenoid valve S2 (1)
•   Tighten bolt (arrow) 10 Nm
6.   Install solenoid valve S1 (2)
•   Tighten bolt (arrow) 10 Nm

7.   Install valve body
8.   Attach valve body cover
