Replace rubber bearings electro-hydraulic supply
unit (ZF)
 Remove
| 1. |
Remove electro-hydraulic supply unit
|
| 2. |
Detach bracket from electro-hydraulic supply unit
| • |
Unscrew 3x nut (1) and (2)
|
|
|
|
| 3. |
Remove 3x rubber bearing
| • |
Unscrew rubber bearing using suitable tool
|
|
Important: Do not regroove
thread! Danger of damage to housing!
|
| 4. |
Clean thread in housing, electro-hydraulic supply unit
|
Install
| 5. |
Attach rubber bearing to electro-hydraulic supply unit
| • |
Screw in 3x rubber bearings using a suitable tool
| – |
Insert screw locking compound
Note: Pay attention for
different lengths of rubber bearing!

Attach bracket to electro-hydraulic supply unit
|
| 7. |
Install electro-hydraulic supply unit
|
|
