Oil Pressure Relief Valve Replacement

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the fuel pump. Refer to Fuel Pump Replacement .





2. Remove the oil pressure relief valve (2).
3. Remove the oil pressure relief valve seal ring (1).

Installation Procedure

1. Install a NEW oil pressure relief valve seal ring (1).

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

2. Install the oil pressure relief valve (2) and tighten to 30 N·m (22 lb ft) .
3. Install the fuel pump . Refer to Fuel Pump Replacement .
