Timing Belt Tensioner Pulley Replacement

1.	Remove timing belt. Refer to Timing Belt Replacement .

2.	Remove the timing belt tensioner bolt (3) and the washer (2).

3.	Remove the timing belt tensioner pulley (1).

1.	Install the timing belt tensioner (1).

2.	Install the timing belt tensioner bolt (3) and the washer (2).

3.	Install timing belt tensioner spring (2).

Note: The timing belt tensioner spring (2) must be connected to the stud bolt (1) as shown.

4.	Tighten the timing belt tensioner bolt.

5.	Install timing belt. Refer to Timing Belt Replacement .
