Remove and install adapter, exhaust gas
recirculation valve

 Remove

Remove exhaust gas return valve (1) 
|
| 2. |
Remove fastening bolts (3) for adapter, exhaust gas
recirculation valve

Remove adapter, exhaust gas recirculation valve (2)
Note: Do not bend
bracket (4) for dipstick guide tube.

Install
| 3. |
Clean sealing surfaces and remove gasket remnants
|
| 4. |
Attach exhaust gas recirculation valve adapter with new gasket
and bracket for oil dipstick guide tube to cylinder head –
tightening torque 8 Nm
|
| 5. |
Install exhaust gas recirculation valve
|
