Windscreen  

The laminated-glass windscreen is adhered to the screen frame in the body.  
At the top and bottom, trim strips are attached as a transition from the windscreen to the body. At the bottom, the trim strip can be detached separately from the locator strip.  
The locator strips have cast, continuous spacer lugs for the distance (6 mm/0.24 in.) from the windscreen to the body.  
At the side, the trim strip is attached to a body flange to guide away wind and water.

To remove the windscreen, detach the trim strips and cut out windscreen without destroying it - see Service Instructions.
