Engine Vent Flange, Remove and Install  

Object Number: 616191 Size: DEFAULT  Remove, Disconnect   

Detach engine vent hose (1) from cylinder head cover and from engine vent flange.  

Remove fastening bolts (arrows) and remove engine vent flange upwards from cylinder block - collect escaping engine oil if necessary.  

Object Number: 616195 Size: DEFAULT  Clean   

Clean sealing surfaces.  

Object Number: 616192 Size: DEFAULT  Install, Connect   

Insert engine vent flange with new gasket into cylinder block and attach to cylinder bock using the fastening bolts - tightening torque 25 Nm / 18 lbf. ft.  

Connect engine vent hose to cylinder head cover and engine vent flange.  

Object Number: 616196 Size: DEFAULT  Inspect   

Check engine oil level, if necessary correct.
