Fluid Reservoir, Remove and Install (16 LZ2, X 18 XE, 20 NEJ, X 20 XEV, C 20 SEL, C 22 SEL)  

Object Number: 616191 Size: DEFAULT  Remove, Disconnect   

Remove power steering pump - see operation "Power Steering Pump, Remove and Install (Vehicles with 4-Cylinder Petrol Engine, except Z 22 SE)".  

Remove fastening bolts (1) and retaining plates.  

Drive out locking pins (arrows) from pulley side with drift.  

Remove fluid reservoir from power steering pump.  

Object Number: 616192 Size: DEFAULT  Install, Connect   

Press fluid reservoir with new seal ring onto power steering pump.  

Drive in new locking pins from housing side with drift up to stop. Attach retaining plates with fastening bolts to power steering pump.  

Install power steering pump - see operation "Power Steering Pump, Remove and Install (Vehicles with 4-Cylinder Petrol Engine, except Z 22 SE)".
