• ◆ After working on the exhaust system, ensure that the exhaust system is not subject to torsion and that it has sufficient clearance from the body. If necessary, loosen the clamps and align silencers and exhaust pipe by way of axial turning and shifting such that there is sufficient clearance from the body and retaining rings are loaded uniformly.
• ◆ Self-locking nuts must be renewed.
