    • ◆ Tighten first to 90 Nm and then turn45°further (1/8 turn).
    • ◆ Before fitting nut to outer joint remove any paint remains and/or corrosion from threads.
    • ◆ To tighten we recommend angle measuring wrench V.A.G 1756

  • ‒ Before pulling out, cut the shoulder (arrow) off the rubber mounting.

  •     A -    Washer
  • ‒ Coat rubber mounting with a lubricant e.g. soft soap.
  • ‒ Fit rubber mounting so that the outer mounting shoulder faces outwards. (On the inner mounting inwards).
  • ‒ Pull in, so that the mounting shoulder seats on the wishbone.

This rubber mounting -A- is equipped with an eccentric bush and therewith the wishbone position can be changed.

This rubber mounting may only be installed in the wishbone inner mounting. The camber and/or track can be changed according to installation position.
