Notes:

  • ◆ Remove gearbox to work on release shaft and on release bearing
  • ◆ Lubricate all bearings and contact surfaces with constant velocity grease Part No.: G000 603.
  • Release shaft
    • ◆ Check for ease of movement
  • Seal
    • ◆ Lever out with screwdriver
    • ◆ Installing => Fig. 5
  • Mounting bush
    • ◆ Removing => Fig.1

  • Clutch housing

  • Securing clip
    • ◆ Lever out before removing release shaft
  • Release lever

  • Release bearing
    • ◆ Do not wash-out bearing, only wipe

    • ◆ Insert onto release bearing
  • Retaining spring
    • ◆ Insert into retaining clip and then insert into release fork
