Place the front, thinner seal edge to edge with rear seal. Punch 6 mm holes in screw holes and clip holes.

Install base plate in vehicle (two persons required).

Place new bracket at front of base plate.

Install clips in attachments on sides of base plate.

Remove backing paper from rear sealing strip and insert base plate in vehicle over wiring.

Tighten screws.

Note:  Align front corners of base plate with locating holes in roof.

Note:  Do not over-tighten front retaining screws in base plate, since this may deform vehicle roof.

Install drain hoses and tighten clamps.

Note:  Clamp retaining screws must be located at the side of clamp so as not to damage headlining.

Secure with new clips.

Note:  Make sure that clips do not kink hoses.

Make sure that hoses are correctly aligned and at correct angle to prevent formation of air locks.

Install hoses carefully the rear hose from the luggage compartment and the front hose from the footwell panel (ventilation inlet).

Blow compressed air through all hoses.

Check that drain hoses function.

Pour water into drainage channels in base plate.

Check that water runs out under vehicle from drain hoses.

Install headlining
