- Turn handle to right until knob disengages.

- Install gear housing.
- Install cover.
- Install crank.

Note:  Always use screws with locking agent on gear housing, or apply locking agent to old screws.

Power sunroof:

- Check that motor is zeroed:

- Run motor rearwards (sunroof opens) to stop position, this takes 4-5 seconds.
- Run motor forwards (sunroof closes) to stop position, this takes 4-5 seconds.
- Mark position where motor stops.
- Run motor forwards to stop position (sunroof to ventilation position).
- Run motor rearwards to stop position (sunroof closes from ventilation position), this takes 1-2 seconds.
- Mark position where motor stops.
- If motor does not stop in same position as earlier, adjust to a point between the two marks, depress the centre button and turn it with a

screwdriver.

Install motor:

- Adjust control mechanisms to neutral positions.
- If this is difficult, move control mechanism forward on one side.
- If it is still not possible to install motor, return control mechanism to neutral position and move other side 1-2 mm forwards.
- A displacement of the control mechanisms 1-2 mm forwards is permissible.

Check function.

Install cover.
